My submitted dissertation 2022  influenced by the BLM movement and momentum of it in 2020 and the fact that 'teachers from Asian or Asian British, Black or Black British, other Mixed and Other ethnic backgrounds were less likely to be promotedthan teachers from other ethnic groups.'
